About Us

I started my construction career at 15 years old by building decks with my brother in Ohio.  After high school, I earned a BS in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University in 1995 and moved to Dallas, Texas upon graduation.  Shortly after coming to Dallas, I started as a Project Manager at a residential construction and remodeling firm, and quickly moved to Lead PM.  After 3 years, I started my first company and focused on primarily residential remodeling in the Park Cities, Lakewood, M Streets and Oak Cliff.  In 2011, I earned my MBA from UTDallas and took a brief departure from construction while working in the non-profit space.  I closed my residential remodeling company in 2016 to go to work with Scott Exteriors as a Project Manager.  At Scott, I focused primarily on roofing, siding, windows and pergola additions.

I have been married to my amazing wife, Susan, for nearly 20 years and share a daughter and a son with her.  We are members of The Heights Baptist Church in Richardson.  In my spare time I enjoy hunting and fishing and spending time outdoors.
